Ignevero is sold by Ignevero LLC, an Arizona company, to businesses only. Using the Ignevero platform is governed by the subscription agreement each customer accepts when it signs up; these terms cover this website.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card or bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe, and renew each month until cancelled. Prices are those in your order or shown when you sign up.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the month already paid, and we don't refund partial months. A setup fee is refunded in full if we cancel before setup begins. Questions about a charge: billing@ignevero.com.

Our content

This website, the Ignevero name, logos and software are owned by us or our licensors. Don't copy, scrape or reuse them without our written permission.
